Bought the HUB unit and the cable from the local Mazda dealer. Ran about $200. Wanted the real deal. Read too many crappy reviews of cheap ones from Amazon. The install is doable, but you gotta take your time. Watch lots of install videos on YouTube. Do buy a plastic trim removal kit off Amazon.

Edit: Performed both FW upgrades - all easy following guide. Mazda CX-3 2015 Sport Nav, Petrol FWD, Manual, Meteor Gray.
