Go for any of the better rated traffic mods (most of them are pretty good) and use the following console commands with a higher value up to 10.0: g_traffic x.x (1.0 is standard) g_lod_factor_traffic x.x (1.0 is standard) That should help a bit. Real traffic jams are not really in the game
