I feel like burgher is more useful all the big story fights except 2 are in towns, it also helps intimidate guards if your into crime. Billhartnell. I am pretty sure I leveled up enough skills, and my main level to get at least 1 perk by now, but for some reason i'm getting nothing, so far I made it to the first miller and i'm level 3, I would at least think I would be able to select 1 perk by now, but nothing. im at level six now and not a single perk, Did you ever find a fix?

As for best equipment, it's usually the most expensive ones. Best armor can be farmed near Skalitz from high level bandits. Best weapons can be bought from the weapon merchant in Rattay. Best way to earn lotsa money is to farm those high level bandits, loot their shit and sell them to the armorsmith in Sasau, Master Ota.
